Overview
Infera is a skincare brand based in the US, that produces and sells skincare devices and lotions.
The mobile app is designed to seamlessly manage users' skincare routines, streamline product orders, and promote optimal usage of INFERA's items.
The Challenge
INFERA faces challenges such as low product usage reported by consumers, attributed to minimal post-purchase communication resulting from selling only in exclusive events. This lack of ongoing interaction contributes to low customer retention, and even satisfied users encounter difficulties repurchasing products.
